Below the control panel is a three-stage telescopic output tray with a fold-over paper stop, which increases the reasonably modest footprint of the printer when it’s open for printing. At the bottom of the front panel is a paper tray that takes up to 150 sheets—a little meager for an inkjet designed for high throughput. The standout feature of the ET-3600 is its EcoTank system, which replaces traditional ink cartridges with large ink tanks. This system provides a cost-effective printing solution, as the tanks can hold a significant amount of ink, reducing the need for frequent replacements and lowering printing costs. The ET-3600 delivers good print quality for both documents and photos. With Epson’s PrecisionCore technology, it produces sharp text and vibrant colors, resulting in professional-looking prints. This printer supports wireless connectivity, including Wi-Fi Direct, which allows easy printing from computers, smartphones, and tablets. It also offers Ethernet connectivity for wired networking, providing flexibility for different setups. The ET-3600 offers decent print speeds, with Epson claiming up to 13.7 pages per minute (ppm) for black-and-white printing and 7.3 ppm for color printing.
