Epson ST-M3000 Driver offers cartridge-free printing with an easy-to-fill, supersized ink tank, and included with the printer are two bottles of ink, which include enough ink to print approximately 11,000 pages. For direct printing, the ST-M3000 has a high-speed USB connection, and the unit hosts a variety of mobile printing options that allow you to wirelessly print from an iPhone or iPad, as well as Android tablets and smartphones. The printer’s maximum resolution of 2400 x 1200 dpi ensures highly detailed prints, and speed is also very good, with the ability to reach up to 20 ppm in simplex mode and 9 ppm in duplex mode. For all the other functions, the ST-M3000 is equipped with both a 35-sheet ADF and an 8.5 x 11.7″ flatbed scanner with an optical resolution of 1200 x 2400 dpi. This setup will capture fine detail in your originals and allow the creation of sharp and detailed copies with ease. Along with these capabilities, the printer features a 2.4″ color touchscreen for easy touch-and-swipe setup, navigation, and checking the current status of your job. The ST-M3000 comes with a 35-page manual-reversing automatic document feeder (meaning that you must flip stacks of two-sided originals yourself). The Lexmark’s 50-sheet ADF is also limited to manual duplexing, but the WorkForce Pro WF-M5799’s 50-page ADF is a single-pass duplexer—it scans both sides of two-sided pages simultaneously. The ST-M3000’s control panel consists of a 4-inch color touch screen plus Home and Power buttons, as seen in the image below. From here, you can configure the printer, monitor consumables, and execute walk-up tasks such as making copies or scanning to and printing from the cloud. As with most other business printers and AIOs, you can also access the Epson via a web browser to perform jobs such as generating and printing usage reports.
